The former fashion editor, who is president and CEO of the company, is “sounding out investment banks about ’strategic options’ for the business,” according to the Telegraph. Since she owns one-fifth of it, she could stand to bank up to $160 million from the sale. According to the Telegraph, “The company’s shareholders may appoint an adviser to help work on a ’strategic review’ for the sale,” set to possibly happen by the end of the summer.
