1. Do they have like small clothes. I am 12 years old and weigh like 70 lb. 4 foot 6 inches. I really want more designer clothes cause my mom likes cheap so most of my clothes are from Target in the children’s department

2. Do they sell shoes? In my size? (2 – 3 women’s) preferably Vans, TOMS, Keds

I was about your age when i went there one time. And i was about the same size as you too!
And yes just stay in the extra smalls and smalls. You just have to look carefully for things that you want!

I do not remember if they sell a lot of shoes but i think i saw a few pairs there. And if they would i dont think they would be a size 2 but it doesnt hurt to look!(:
